Which country has the best food?
There's the heavyweights of the group: Greece, Ukraine, Germany, Laos, and Italy.
There's some contenders like Chile, Jamaica, and Poland. Maybe a couple sleepers in there somewhere? If you're a part of a country with an outstanding food dish, let us know. It's a tough contest, and the winner won't be easy to determine.

Greece, Ukraine, Germany, Laos, and Italy.
out of those teams i would gor for Laos/ukraine
they have a fast team
good players
laos has a good coach
they both have good keepers
my bet is on those to team
they should have like a little mosaic out side near like timmy
have like ppl selling dishies from like laos ukriane greece or like pizza from italy lol
waht do u guy s think about that
thatd be wicked. when two countries play, people could go around selling their country's food to the fans.
and sell beer from their country
Jamaican beef patties!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PUPUSAS AND EMPANADAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PEROGIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i think italy can make a run for the food title.. who doesnt like pizza?
yeah but everyone know whats coming with pizza. It's the same old gameplan. Don't get me wrong, it works good, but teams can plan around it.
Like Ukraine. they could make Perogie pizza. Headshot.
well greece would win hands down because they own restaurants all over the city
Who ya got?
I didn't know I was reading KSK...
you're not.
I'm pretty sure KSK stole that from PTI. Or at least that's what I always thought.
Also, I'm not sure pizza even counts as Italian. Do they eat that in Italy much? I thought that was an American invention.
Sweden may not have the best foods.. but with a good cook any food will be the best.
man!!! having food from of ethnic background is a great idea....lets make it more multi-cultural....PUPUSAS all the way!!!
just bring in some kfc man, good stuff
just bring in some kfc man, good stuff
I think that ethnic food sales woudl benefit the cup by bringing in people that may not come just for soccer.
I like the idea of bringing ethnic food in, but Ipsco would never allow it. So it is crappy burgers for everyone.
this is a crappy thread. kill it now - lets talk soccer.
ok heres the top list for wings
1- bonzinnis
2- kelseys
3- press box
4- brewsters
5- queen city pub
6- the tap
7- tumblers
8- 4 seasons
9- smittys
10- the ot lounge
where are the best wing deals? I gotta go with Brewsters on tuesday as the best, but I'm not a wing genius, so I don't really know the best places. What makes Bonzinnis better that other places?
it depends what type of wings you like and flavour, bonzzinis are pretty thick 25 c a wing on tuesday nite, brewsters is mondays, queen city pub and the press box is on weds nite
Anyone want to change their predictions at this point?
N. Ireland seems to be on a tear to squash the hopes of a few teams. Looks like they're really tightened up in the midfield which is making a huge difference! They won't have what it takes to win it all, but considering they've only won one game in the last 2 tournements combined (and most games were blowouts), kudos for still being undefeated and having a chance at making it out of their pool.
